After much deliberation, I decided to purchase this lens. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Glass gives a beautiful high-quality picture, and this is the most important thing. I immediately ated the lens firmware to version 32022, so I didn’t notice any special problems with focus. Yes, not very fast, but why hurry? When shooting macro, I often use manual focus mode for greater accuracy. The lens is creative, not reportage. Worth the money and there are no alternatives to it yet. The hood is huge and metal, I immediately took it off. The motor whirs noticeably when focusing. For macro, it is desirable to use rings or lenses. Focus distance is too far. The rest is only positive. Pleasant blur and optimal sharpness. A solid four with a plus!
