Vac never goes to base and I keep getting error

So my roomba never goes back to the base now. Also, I have done the "reprogram” multiple times and still get an error message. Unfortunately I don’t know about the error message until roomba misses a cleaning and then I check the app to see what happened. This is frustrating. I had hopes it would work but it only works with me resetting it after every use.Update 10/4: this battery was a complete waste of money! At this point Roomba will not start at all even though we he battery shows as fully charged!
