This program was fantastic for my work environment! It helped us organize all departments in one place, which made communication so much easier between each department as well with clients/customers when I had to speak over voicemail or email about something they needed done. They've been very responsive during setup process too - it took them less than 2 weeks after we signed up (which seemed like an eternity at first) but still kept their promises every step along the way. At this time there really isn't anything specificly bad i would say either- just be prepared because you will have some initial learning curve especially if you're used to doing things manually before now. The benefits included having easy access into any document through mobile devices such as phones & tablets instead going back & forth trying find documents within folders etc.- super helpful.
