They were pretty decent quality but you could definitely find them in the dollar store, they weren't as heavy and thick as I was hoping. I found the best ones at my local party store having already ordered them. I ended up using the ones I bought at the party store for my son's party and these I saved for when my kids did their messy crafts and they work well for that. I bought these in teal and royal blue for my son's ocean party and the colors were really pretty, definitely went with the color, but my issue was the thinness of the plastic. Overall not too good and not too bad.
