The derailleur broke and still wanted to go 1x. Fits perfectly where the middle chainring of my Shimano Alivio crankset used to be and looks a lot cleaner. The chain is very reliable, although I don't have a clutch in the rear derailleur. The transmission also shifts better and is much quieter than the 3x. You can buy an extra one just to keep it idle.
