This is my 100% honest review. About a week ago I started using them for my son. He was diagnosed with Combined ADHD when he was 5 years old and since then we have gotten him to try several stimulants. They worked fine for a while but seem to have stopped working for him. I've spent countless hours/days doing research, joining Facebook support groups, and talking to other parents about what they've tried. I stumbled across them, read all the reviews and knew I wanted him to try them. My 11 year old didn't sleep in his bed, cried for hours every night and ended up in our bed. The first day he took it he fell asleep. in his bed and still sleeps in his bed EVERY night, and no tears, no worries. His school said they also see a difference, which for us is a big one. I have it, but so far I am very satisfied. I also started giving him liquid omega-3s and sleep and recovery with magnesium and l-theanine gum at night to help him sleep. After YEARS of thinking I just needed to treat his ADHD, I found I needed help with the anxiety that was causing his ADHD to take off. Now that he's calm and not always in fight or flight mode, he can be calmer, which helps him focus. Concentration and attention span still need improvement, but now that it's quieter we're working on it. This is exactly what I believe in, and I always encourage parents to explore whatever they can.
