Works well. Although not the most energy efficient

I had no problems installing it. From receiving the tools to installing it took about an hour. My dog loves using it after figuring out how to do it. It's gotten a lot easier for us. I like the panel you can slide to stay closed until the only issue I have is the flaps are a bit longer so they stick out in the middle and don't make a good seal. Second, the replacement part on the bottom of the valves keeps slipping around a bit so they don't close properly. The rest works fine. The dog loves it.
