The ease of use! I was able to create my first proposal in about 5 minutes (yes that fast!). There are so many different ways you can do things like proposals or quotes easily - it really makes life easier when working remotely. And yes the support team always responds quickly if there's any question before hand. We have been using interimmarket now almost 3 years since launch and everything has gone smoothly thus far. Nothing yet but we haven't had much need to contact them directly as they've got us covered every step along way. If your looking at this product be sure to check out their demo video because it will give insight into how easy/simple it would make your life while searching through endless options. It helps keep track of all our projects across multiple companies for reporting purposes only currently, but it does add one more layer of accountability which is helpful overall.
