I bought this set to quickly switch from a drill to a Phillips drill. I had to return the first set because the magnet on one of the extensions lured one of the Phillips tips deep into one of the slots during transport and I couldn't get it out. The replacement set turned out to be lackluster: the grub screws on one of the extensions wouldn't hold the Phillips bit - the drill kept turning in the drill no matter how I tightened the screw. The concept of the set is good, but note that it doesn't have a flat head. More importantly, the kit is lightweight and cannot withstand common use by homeowners, such as:
