Has gel and foam and so far the longest ride has been 6 miles - it's comfortable.

The seat I replaced came with the bike but I rode 10-14 miles and after about 7-8 miles it became quite uncomfortable. I ride a hybrid bike that sits fairly upright and I think a softer seat would work better.
