Very intuitive, fast implementation with minimal setup

The easy UI makes it super user friendly for any new users or non techie people like me as well! It takes time getting used too but its worth since my team has been able implement all of our predictive models in just minutes rather than hours/days we had previously using other tools (like SAS). Not much yet - there are some minor bugs heren'there they need fixing though nothing major so far which I'm liking about this platform compared t0 others out their i have worked witheach day 1 without issue thusfar! We've implemented many different Predictive Models such analytics & reporting around Salesforce data points from various sources wihin SFDC including Lead Scorecards via custom fields ect The ability to create custom reports in real time from any data source - including Salesforce! There are some minor UI issues (e.g., not being able to see all fields when creating new reports) but these can be worked around easily enough by using filters or other reporting tools. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for an easy way to pull together their sales performance metrics in one place. We have been able to quickly identify trends and opportunities across our team of reps.

Pros
  • Easy interface
  • Very intuitive, no training required at first.
  • Great support staff that is always available if you ever run into problems with your system etc.No cost associated until $15k per month spend minimum needed then additional costs apply depending upon amount spent monthly..which seems fair considering features offered
