I like how easy it is to use, and how intuitive it is. It's very customizable, so you can set up your own workflow rules. The reporting is also great! You can easily see what tasks are left over from previous shifts, and who has been assigned them. There are some bugs with the scheduling part, but they are working on it. If you want a reliable system for assigning work orders to employees, this is definitely worth checking out. We have seen a big improvement in our productivity since we started using this software.
