I like how easy it is to use, and how intuitive it is. It's very customizable, so you can set up your own workflow rules. The reporting is also great! You can easily see what tasks are left over from previous shifts, and who has been assigned them. There are some bugs with the scheduling part, but they are working on it. The ability to have all our employees in one place, so that we can monitor their progress and ensure they are getting the training they need. The system does not have many features, but what it does have works well enough for us. I would like to see more training options and the ability to add custom fields to make things easier. We use this as an internal tool for our organization, so it doesn't have much competition from other providers. We haven't found anything we dislike about the program.

I like how easy it was for my department, as well at our clients site too! The system has helped us keep track with all tasks assigned in real time so we can see where things stand before they are due or overdue by dates etc.. It also allows you set up alerts when something comes into your office/site which gives an immediate notification if someone needs help right away insteadof waiting until after hours (which sometimes doesnt happen)!!
