The ability to have all our employees in one place, so that we can monitor their progress and ensure they are getting the training they need. The system does not have many features, but what it does have works well enough for us. I would like to see more training options and the ability to add custom fields to make things easier. We use this as an internal tool for our organization, so it doesn't have much competition from other providers. We haven't found anything we dislike about the program. It's been very helpful in keeping track of employee performance and ensuring they are meeting expectations.
