I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service (we've never had an issue with them), provides excellent value compared to other options in our price range.
It can be difficult finding new features or improving existing ones without spending more money than we would want/need at this time. We are looking into moving away from hold The spot so far no issues but they do have some competition which makes things interesting! Our main benefit of using HoldTheSpot was being able to manage bookings remotely as well as provide refunds if needed. This allows us to not only keep track of who booked what when but also helps ensure everyone's safety while out doing their thing.
