Works great, just like part of OME. I bought this because the automatic door lock on the driver's side of my 2012 Camry Hybrid XLE started to malfunction (this was followed by about 8 beeps from the car trying to unlock it). I found several tutorials on youtube on how to remove the side panel and install the drive. It took about an hour and a half but that was because I had never done it before. It would be MUCH faster if I did it again. I suggest buying a set of replacement car panel clips (small plastic clips that can sometimes break when removing the door panel) and plastic panel removal tools to make removing the door panel easier.
