Review on 🌹 Rosebud Lip Balm - Lavish Layers, 0.8 Ounce by Lori Allen

Given all the rave reviews, I'd love to love them. I would like to read the ingredients more closely. In fact, it is the famous and heavily flavored petroleum jelly. Not sure how the Sephora smells and feels like many other reviews have mentioned (we don't have Sephora here), but the ones I got from Revain mostly smell like baby powder or scented disposable diapers. I can't even smell the rose. The texture is very heavy and oily, it is poorly absorbed into the skin (ointments) or lips (balms). The jars are cute, but two of the three I received are almost impossible to open. I threw them away because the smell was giving me such a headache and I didn't want to deal with reusing jars that didn't open. So very disappointed with this purchase.
