In fact, it's not intended for competition. That's common sense. The price is very cheap so you don't get extreme performance. It comes close (if you don't care about the numbers) in load times and is a total steal for a quick performance boost. I bought it for my wife's desktop (we were stranded and needed a cheap boot SSD), then a friend's laptop, then another custom order. They all LOVE it. This SSD is damn fast for what it is. If you render 4K videos on it, you will probably notice some limitations. If you are just an ordinary person, this is amazing. ADATA has done a great job. My wife's computer boots up about as fast as mine and I have a Samsung EVO 256GB. Your computer has half the characteristics of mine. I notice a hit when installing/uninstalling a bunch of software. But how many ordinary people do this often? Don't be fooled by the speed tests people post. If, like me, you demand extreme performance, you need to go for something better. If you just want to improve your computing life, this will work very well.
