Purchased especially for the purpose of playing music on a laptop running the Windows operating system. It ended up being my fault, and I feel terrible about that. The sound on the personal computer is comparable to that found in plugs for 100 on alik (high frequencies are sanded). The sbc codec on them appears to have an incorrect configuration, and they are unable to connect utilizing a different codec because Windows does not support the aas codec. This has resulted in everything going horribly wrong. Just sbc or aptx, both of which are codecs that belong to qualcomm, an organization with which Huawei is at strife, hence none of them should be included in these headphones. But the reality is that I have headphones that are three times less expensive than those, and while they naturally also function using the sbc codec on Windows, the sound quality in those headphones is ten times more refined. Naturally, I connected them to another personal computer in order to test them, and I also borrowed some comparable headphones from a friend, but both sets of headphones produced the same dreadful sound. The sound quality is fine when I listen on the phone. In a nutshell, I do not recommend taking anyone who are going to listen to them on a computer that runs Windows.
