My impression of the purchase is good, buy it.

What can I say in the end. Headphones, as a product, I just adore. Listening to music in them is an unreal buzz, gestures, when used, have become very convenient, the software is functional. The issue I'm experiencing is rare. The service center said that they had not met with this before. However, if you hear a hiss in one of the headphones when you turn on the noise reduction, and they tell you that this is due to the wind / firmware / something else - do not believe it: this is a marriage. Go to a service center and get a replacement. The service center in St. Petersburg works like clockwork. To be honest, I did not go there, not only because of my natural laziness, but also because I did not want to give the device away for a few days, because I actively use headphones. But they solved the issue in 40 minutes. I was very pleased with their work. Don't waste time chatting with support on Huawei's official website - it's a complete bottom. There are people in the chat who don't understand how their products work and give the formal answers they're supposed to give. They work according to scripts: they just find time for such an answer that formally meets the standards of their work. The goal is not to help you, but to quickly beat you off, so that you either say "thank you, I'll go do it" and fall off, or "fall off" in a minute, without having time to answer "are you still here?". If the second happened, then the chat starts again, and you again answer a bunch of unnecessary questions. Don't waste time talking to them. It is a pity that Huawei is not working on improving this area. Minus one star for that. I am satisfied with the device and highly recommend it. I hope this is the last ate of the review :).

  • Very high quality, great sound. Listening to music with these headphones is a delight. Lungs. Compact. The color Silver is very beautiful. Wireless charger. Gesture control is convenient.

  • The only drawback is the support service on the huawei website. This is the third ate of my review, in which I will try to briefly state the essence of the problem and its solution. Perhaps this will be useful for users who have encountered a similar problem. When the noise reduction was turned on, there was a strong hiss in the right earpiece (similar to the hiss of a receiver that does not find a radio wave). The problem was that the noise did not always appear: I could walk for a week with normal noise reduction without extraneous noise, and then the noise appeared again. When contacting the support service on the official Huawei website, after a bunch of questions about the serial number of the device, the fact that the headphones were ated to the latest version, the nature of the noise and the time it appeared, I received a recommendation to untie the headphones by pressing the reset button. To the question: what will it give (after all, untying the headphones does not reset the firmware to the basic version) - only a repetition of this recommendation. Rebooting the ears, of course, did not help, and I deleted ai life and reinstalled it. The result - there was no problem for a week, but then it arose again. In parallel, in response to this review, a comment came from Huawei that the hissing occurs on the street from the wind, however, it was useless, since the hissing occurred everywhere: on the street, at home, and so on, and was only in the right earpiece. I got through to the Huawei service center, asked for a specialist consultation (I didn’t want to go to them wildly, I thought that the problem was really in the firmware). They promised that the specialist would call back, and he really called back and competently advised. The problem described rarely occurs, it is not cured by flashing, you need to go to them, of course, it is better that there is a problem at the time of my arrival. I waited for the appearance of the above described glitch, I arrived at the service center. They took the headphones for diagnostics, after 40 minutes they returned them, having replaced the right earphone with a new one. The right earpiece was indeed defective.
