Review on 🎧 Huawei FreeBuds Pro Earbuds with Advanced Noise Cancellation, Bluetooth 5.2, and 3-Mic System for iOS and Android (Carbon Black) by Addy Itthipong ᠌

Good value for money, I recommend it.

What else have I got to say? I just adore headphones as a product. When motions are utilized, listening to music in them is an incredible buzz, and the program is usable. The problem I'm having is unusual. The service facility claimed that this was a first for them. If, however, they claim that a hiss you hear in one of the headphones when you activate the noise cancellation is caused by the wind, the firmware, or something else, do not believe them; this is a marriage. Get a replacement by going to a service center. The St. Petersburg servicing center runs on schedule. As I frequently use headphones, the truth is that I didn't go there in addition to being naturally lazy because I didn't want to part with the device for a few days. But, they found a solution in 40 minutes. I was happy with the work they did. Spend no time on Huawei's official website's support chat feature because it is completely useless. People in the chat give the appropriate formal responses while not understanding how their products function. They simply make time for an answer that formally satisfies the norms of their work since they follow scripts while they work. It's not our intention to assist you; rather, we want to get rid of you as quickly as possible so that you can either say "thank you, I'll go do it" and fall off or "fall off" in a flash without having the chance to ask, "Are you still here? ". If the second scenario occurred, the discussion will restart and you will once more be asked a ton of pointless questions. Talking with them is a waste of time. It is unfortunate that Huawei is not making efforts to make this area better. One star less for that. I am pleased with the gadget and heartily endorse it. I'm hoping that this concludes the review.

Pros
  • Highest quality, best sound. It's a joy to listen to music with these headphones. Lungs. Compact. Silver is an exquisite hue. Bluetooth charger. Control by gestures is practical.
Cons
  • The Huawei website's support service is the lone downside. This is the third paragraph of my review, where I'll try to succinctly explain the problem and its solution. Perhaps users who have run into a similar issue would find this informative. On the right earpiece, there was a loud hiss when the noise reduction was activated (similar to the hiss of a receiver that does not find a radio wave). The issue was that the noise did not constantly exist: I was able to walk for a week with regular noise reduction and no extraneous noise before the noise returned. After asking a number of questions about the device's serial number, the headphones' updated status, the type of noise, and the time it first appeared, I was given the advice to unplug the headphones by pressing the reset button when I contacted the support service through the official Huawei website. What it will provide in response to the query is just a reiteration of this advice (after all, untying the headphones does not restore the firmware to its default state). Naturally, restarting the ears did not work, so I removed and then reinstalled AI Life. The end outcome was that the issue subsided for a week before resurfacing. In parallel, Huawei responded to this review by saying that the hissing is caused by the wind and happens on the street, but this was pointless because the hissing happened everywhereβ€”on the street, at home, and so onβ€”and was exclusively in the right earpiece. I was able to reach the Huawei support center and requested a specialist appointment because I didn't want to go there rashly and believed that the firmware was the main cause of the issue. The expert followed through on their promise to call back, and when he did, he gave wise advice. The described issue is uncommon, cannot be resolved by flashing, and must be addressed in person. Of course, it is preferable that an issue exist at the time of my arrival. After waiting for the aforementioned glitch to manifest, I went to the servicing facility. After 40 minutes of diagnostic testing, they returned the headphones and installed a new right earphone. In fact, the right earpiece was broken.
