If I could give zero stars I definitely would. The product itself is great! Great quality and feels solid, on the other hand the service is absolutely terrible. I ordered this product with delivery in 2 days, received it in a week and only ordered 2 out of 4 from me. So, nice long call to customer service and they were kind enough to send me a replacement which was an original part. I only ordered 4 of these as it should have been. Well after 3 days I get 4 adapters and I go to put them on, they are not the right size. Now going through the return procedure, excellent quality, sorry I didn't receive what I ordered. Ordered from ECCPP before I was very disappointed with the interaction in this circle, I was so depressed by it that I went as far as canceling the main account. Frustrated Amazon Very disappointed
