Review on TORRAS Slim Fit iPhone 12 📱 Mini Case: Lightweight Full Protection in Ruby Red by Mark Bishop

Edit: A few days after I wrote this review, the company contacted me, apologized and offered to replace the product with an updated model that solved my problem with both the installation and everything else ! This was very surprising to me as many companies don't do this and I was able to find that Jennifer (Customer Service Representative) was very caring and attentive to solving my broken case issues and making sure I was happy with the ending. I haven't received the product yet but I'm sure it will be great! Since the quality from the first one was top after just a few days of use, as well as the service from the staff, it is definitely worth buying more products again, because if there is a problem, the caring people at Torras will definitely get back to you take care of it Make sure you are happy with your order and so am I. Product 10/10. I've seen many reviews saying it fits perfectly but as soon as it arrived I realized that the original Apple charger can't be used to charge the phone when the case is on, idk if it's part the case itself or just a manufacturer error on my part. Also, the case was said to be resistant to "fine marks" but I pulled it out and it looked like IDK again if it has anything to do with processing and shipping, not the company itself. I just want, that it works and if the company could reach out and explain these issues that would be nice. Thanks for your time.
