Bought this more out of curiosity, looks weird but works pretty well
It's expensive and weird and doesn't catch all the splatters. Think the old-school screen might be more catching, but then when you lift the screen to check or flip what you're cooking you get splashes, so it's inevitable that you can control and just flip what you're cooking Cook. Boil and allows moisture to escape easily, so two thumbs up, also easy to clean.
