I'm 5'9 and 190 lbs, I ordered a XL just to be safe, the fabric is very stretchy and loose, which I prefer being a bigger size, though I would recommend measuring yourself before you buy, overall, it's very good! It fits nice and it keeps me warm and I can also use these as pajamas when I'm not cosplaying, 10/10 very happy
