2 Stars. Upon delivery they were great. Unfortunately it didn't work on my 2006 BMW 330i. I think it's hit or miss. I bought a used one of the same model and the bulb lit up right away. I tested it on another working fixture as recommended and it blew the bulb (no I didn't touch the bulb and yes I had a working ballast connected on the other side). Don't worry I had to replace new bulbs while removing the bumper. It might need to be re-coded for my car but I highly doubt it. Update 07/01/2018 I contacted the seller about the ballast. GenXenon responded to me quickly and even tried to contact me beforehand (didn't know due to Revain's notification settings) and tried to resolve the issue. They took care of me more than I expected. They even wrote a handwritten apology in the dressing room. This is some of the best customer service I have ever received and more than I ever expected. Ballast installation and handwritten note to get back on the road safely. Anyway, the replacement they sent worked the moment I connected it to my 2006 BMW 330i. I can only say wow! Great guys, will recommend and use again.
