Review on Sunblocker Helmet Shield by Sick Yeldell

Revainrating 2 out of 5

waste of money. fits protective gear

Doesn't fit snugly in the Schuberth C3 Pro due to the fog shield overlapping. Then, on the first ride, it blew off when I pulled up the visor to keep it ventilated while riding. It helped block the sun, but an internal dark screen that can slide down works better. I was hoping it would block glare to improve visibility of the handlebar mounted phone screen as the internal screen is hard to see on a sunny day. But if it doesn't stay in place when you deflate the visor, it's basically useless. Basically it's a strip of dark vinyl that sticks to the shield due to the microscopic molecular forces of the plastic sticking together. Mass production can't cost more than pennies, so the $17 price point is outrageous. Perhaps it would be more beneficial and economical if instead of VanderWaal's powers he used a removable 3M adhesive to stay on the shield. ", we are no fools and can follow the instructions on the packaging. Even if it is properly installed on the inside of the skid plate, it will deflate if you lift the skid plate while driving. Not suitable for warm weather or rush hour traffic with frequent stops.
