I put a RW CD in my drive and recorded 5 songs for my choir member. The CD did not play. It wasn't in the data tree. It should appear just below the C: file. I tried the second CD; failed again. Then I inserted a CD from another manufacturer (not RW). It was easy to record and play. I didn't use it right after I bought it because my choir members don't often ask me for a CD. There was a period after which the seller no longer accepts returns. Pity! I ran out of CD-R's (from GigaWare) and thought HP would save me from using a lot of CD's since I could erase and rewrite them. Such a waste and disappointment.
