I installed this with very few problems. I have been doing security systems for 24 years. And the reason I bought this is I normally would pay about $1400.00 for a name brand system like this with all the features this offers. So I said I would give this system a try. It was very easy to install. But programming was somewhat difficult because of lack of more detailed instructions. I emailed the vender I got this from. And got a quick response back. The most important thing to remember is you have to inable the task list in extended functions. This will make life alittle easyer when programming. Programming will be hard if you have never done this type of work before. But you could install this system. And call a local security company to program it for you. You will pay probably around $200 for this of course. But you will still be way ahead of the game. I would charge a company about $2800.00 to install this system in there building. Good luck
