It looks like it has a mobile operating system because Android TV apps don't seem to work on it. You have to download the phone version of Hulu and it sucks compared to the Android TV version. The remote control is an IR remote control, not a Bluetooth device. I just don't think other members of my family can use this device because you have to jump through hoops to make anything work. I guess I'll only be returning it because it won't run Android TV apps. I have a year old Google Nexus player that works better than this thing. I was hoping to drop the Nexus player but that's definitely not going to happen with this device by sending it back. Our AirTV mini, which we received from Sling on a 2-month prepaid service, works much better and actually runs Android TV apps.
