Since I received this blender I have used it 2 times. See attached picture. The inscriptions and speed numbers were erased. Not with soap, just by moving the speed selector. LOW QUALITY! I think you get what you paid for. Correctly? The mixer seems to have enough power, the controls are convenient. The storage bin doesn't latch or snap to hold accessories, so you'll need to grab it by the base when removing it from the closet. I don't think much thought was put into the design. The mounts feel lightweight, not metal like my old Hamilton Beach. Therefore, due to the obviously poor quality and design, I get 2 stars from me. No, I wouldn't buy it again and wouldn't recommend it unless you're on a budget and need a hand mixer.
