Not durable - died on first use.

I didn't like that it started smoking while I was making cookie dough. I paused for a few minutes and then continued. After that the mixer stopped working. This was the first (and probably the last) time this mixer was used. I've made Wilton cookie dough many times with other mixers with no problems. I gave away my hand mixer when I moved and my food processor blades were lost when I moved. I made this cookie (serving 6) last month using a 40 year old blender. I liked the delicate storage…

Poor Quality - Hand Blender

Since I received this blender I have used it 2 times. See attached picture. The inscriptions and speed numbers were erased. Not with soap, just by moving the speed selector. LOW QUALITY! I think you get what you paid for. Correctly? The mixer seems to have enough power, the controls are convenient. The storage bin doesn't latch or snap to hold accessories, so you'll need to grab it by the base when removing it from the closet. I don't think much thought was put into the design. The mounts feel…

But nice mixer. good for kitchen and dining room

This is a lovely little faucet, no complaints. The problem I had was that the beaters weren't balanced or working properly, instead wobbling slightly which caused noticeable vibration and roughness in the mixer (see video, note left whisk). The mixer is slow enough, IMO, for thorough mixing, but lacks proper speed at high frequencies. I'm not really a fan of whisks (as opposed to flat or V-shaped metal) as I find that they don't aerate as effectively in my opinion. The egg whites I show reach…

Gears disassembled on first use

I bought this blender despite other bad reviews. One mentioned that speed 1 (1 to 5) was faster than her old blender at max speed. God, she wasn't joking! I tried beating the butter/sugar for the cake but the chunks flew out of the bowl onto the walls and countertop (yes I used a deep bowl). I used a blender throughout the recipe but it was just a mess. It spun so fast and didn't mix very well. I had to scrape my sides several times - more than I consider normal. Eventually I stopped using it…

Not impressive or powerful

Having been an avid baker for over 40 years I have purchased countless hand mixers. I love my Kitchen Aid stand mixer, but I prefer to use a hand mixer for basic mixing. Over the years I've bought countless cheap and expensive hand mixers. My last three hand mixers have always been Cuisinart branded, but over time they all had to be replaced at some point after so much use. This time I decided to try a different brand and based on all the positive reviews and ratings of the powerful motor I…

Air Express to the dinner table and beyond!

Tried it out tonight on a soup I had to mix with a blender. I used a mixer especially for this. It's powerful I'd say, but the problem is that the whisks rotate unevenly, they wobble. Instead of the few normal splatters you get from mixing food at speeds faster than hand speed, my lunch splattered on the wall, the stove, the next dish I just hand washed, the coffee pot, everything me, the floor, and God knows what else. I'm sure I'll find out later. I don't know if I have a broken blender or if
