The scanner is great but I'm having trouble using it.
The scanner is great but I'm having trouble using the bluetooth connection. I can scan a product and see the ISBN on the scanner's screen itself, but I've connected it to my smartphone and about one in five things I scan shows an infinite number of nines. This happens no matter what application I use. I've never heard of others having this problem, so I'm not sure if I just received a defective unit. I bought it used (package opened but still inside) so it might have something to do with it. When it works, it's fast and efficient.
