First class customer service. Mason was very diligent and quick with my issue. My charger arrived without a cable but I was able to borrow a cable to use the charger on day one. Mason from support sent me my cables and they arrived today. In the meantime I have used and tested the charger. This solved my problem. I had a battery discharge on a Ford Fusion that would drain the battery in three days if not started and charged by a generator. Once I install the solar charger on the vehicle, the battery will be serviced. So as long as the sun shines, my battery drain problem is solved. I like the charger a lot and am very glad I bought it. It is well made and fits well behind the back seat (on level ground under the rear window). I bought a dual USB car charger and cigarette lighter voltmeter to monitor my battery voltage. The charger compensated for the power consumption and kept the battery above 12.3 volts. Most of the time and in good sunshine, the battery stays at 12.6 and even 12.8. Two good mechanics couldn't find the battery leak. My only option was to patch the leak. This charger did its job and gave LIFE back to my battery and car. If you have a battery drain problem. Try it - you will like it.
