Works very reliably.

I have a small fleet of work and personal vehicles. One car in particular has a very sophisticated alarm system and it can take weeks or sometimes months between calls. If someone tinkers with this car, I get an alert on my phone. It's great to know my car is safe, but this alarm system drains all of my battery's power in about three days. Great Charger - Great Company

First class customer service. Mason was very diligent and quick with my issue. My charger arrived without a cable but I was able to borrow a cable to use the charger on day one. Mason from support sent me my cables and they arrived today. In the meantime I have used and tested the charger. This solved my problem. Works as advertised, material and workmanship good. Excellent customer care.

I originally thought the charger was the problem. Support contacted me and helped me understand the following: A) I should be using a DC ammeter to check charging current, not the AC meter I was using. (I didn't even look) and B) I placed the charger on the roof of my truck. To get to the battery I had to use an aftermarket extension cord. It turned out that an extraneous cable was laid in the opposite polarity of the solar charger. Not a fault with the charger, I just wasn't paying attention…

After reading the reviews of the 20 watt solar charger I came to the conclusion that it was worth it. Of course, some people may have gotten one that leaks, but that's obviously not the norm - mine is NOT currently leaking. Looks well assembled, I chose not to remove the battery cover to measure the current - too much hassle.
