I bought them for my two year old kittens and I am very satisfied! They are decent quality for the price and are easy to adjust which helped as our boy is a lot taller than our girl. The bells irritated her a little, but they broke off easily. The only thing that was a bit odd was that the small D-ring on both was different - one large and one small. Not that big of an issue, but could mean the style/design consistency is a bit off. Anyway, I would definitely recommend them, especially if your cats live indoors/mostly indoors (as I'm not sure about the "pull off" clamp as we haven't tested it) as it's comfortable, cute and are odorless The job is done - and the price is right!
