I can't believe it, I caught one of my 8 month old cats chewing on something and when I walked over to see what it was? the damn bell chain was broken. The metal for the ring is very brittle and bends easily. At that moment, I pulled it out of my mouth, saving myself from a dead cat or a cat that needs to be taken to the hospital. Do not buy this product, it is dangerous.

Misleading photo on Revain site. The advert and photos show a tear-off collar. I have used them before. When I received them I noticed that they were not designed as shown on the internet. The photo shows the clasp breaking off, but the cocking mechanism is not sewn to the clasp. This is a strong collar around the cat's neck. I wanted a real tear-off collar. The cat can still hold on to it and not slip off.

These cat collars have a fun, bright and colorful design. If only they were like that! After about a week, both collars will look torn, worn and dull. And my cats are not tough street cats who tend to fight and roll over rocks and mud. They are purely domestic cats and very spoiled and we clip their claws short. So if the collars look that bad after a week, that's NOT good. Too bad because they looked very cute on cats when they were new.

I bought these for my two kittens to party and I love the design. My ladies have been wearing them for a month now and unfortunately you can't see the design on any of them anymore. I assume it's because my cats hate wearing collars and their claws get caught on the collars, scratch and pull on threads so it's just frayed fuzz. I bought them for my two year old kittens and I am very satisfied! They are decent quality for the price and are easy to adjust which helped as our boy is a lot taller than our girl.
