I REALLY love this pan. I also love that it was available in color instead of the typical steel/grey/black. I like COLOR in my life :-)LOve the shapes they are fun and cute. its VERY non stick works fantastically. I spray some butter spray on it to get the golden browning on the pancake battery.cooks fast and is excellent for portion control with the nice specific sized divisions.Has a steel plate in the bottom so it works with induction cooktops as you can see here. sadly its not flat so it spins very easily which is very annoying. not a deal breaker but it is annoying.Would like a flatter spatula or somethign with ridges or teeth in it even a small silicon set of tongs would be great as its VERY slipper trying to flip them. I found that typically the top is not hot enough to burn you so I stick the spatula under then a finger on top to "hold" the medallion in place for flipping. Seems to work very well.because each is small its very fast to cook.I really like this pan. its going to get a lot of use. at least weekly. Very nice.
