The bottom inside was broken when received.
Package received, opened and one of the ground wires was cut off the light from the inside, I ended up buying another set to put on my trailer. I took one that was good and plugged it in for a second to see how bright it is and it's really bright. Too bad I can't use these bulbs. PS The grounding inside is broken, I tried to find it to reconnect but your bias.
