Review on πŸ‹οΈ ADVENOR Home Gym Power Tower Dip Station Pull Up Bar: Ultimate Strength Training Workout Equipment by Steven Harper

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Affordable all-in-one gym substitute

Overall this piece is sturdy and cheaper than most comparable towers. Packed very securely with extra steel pipes, wooden blocks, and zip ties. I'm 5'6 140lbs and this thing doesn't flex or wobble, even with an extra 50+lbs hanging off my belt. I use this for pull ups, inverted rows, push ups, handstand push ups, hanging core exercises, and as an anchor for single leg training & stretching. I use the push up handles as parallettes for calisthenics too.The only thing keeping this from being perfect is the dip handle fitting. One of them isn't completely snug so it can wiggle a bit inside the joint. The handles' default position is a little high/awkward to hop on so I installed them from the bottom.Full set up took around an hour, with a little help from my dad to get the base stable enough to stand on its own. The instructions were clear and easy to follow with illustrations and parts labeling. Mine arrived with only 1 small scratch on the powder coat.
