Great CRM for keeping everyone connected and organized

I like how easy it was to navigate through all of my contacts in Salesforce so that we can easily access their information when creating quotes or proposals as well ass tracking our progress throughout each step of an account's life cycle within zims platform! There really isn't anything else i dislike about this tool but if there were something specific you are looking at please reach out because they have great customer service who will be able solve your issue quickly!! We use sales force crm 365 along side zimi system which allows us keep track off every contact info including any social media sites such Facebook Instagram etc..

This helps tremendously having one place where everything goes into once quote has been created!

  • Easy way for me, being new with SF CRM ,to find what ever needed is done without much hassle.
  • The ability To make sure everyone gets paid properly
  • Customer Service reps always very helpful
  • Great support team !!!!
Cons
  • Not enough customization options available
  • No option yet (as far)for emailing templates directly from Quote
