It has been very beneficial in terms of organization and easy access to monitoring data. I like that it can be used both internally and externally. We have not found any specific issues at this time. Having a central location for all of our Stormwater Permit related information makes it easier to keep up with all of our permits. This program allows us to keep track of all of our permits, including those issued by other agencies. It also allows users to login to their account and see where they are in the permit process. It does not currently allow you to sign up as an individual user. You must be part of a business entity. If you are looking to streamline your permit tracking, this product is a great option. The benefits include ease of access to permits and being able to monitor progress and notify when permits expire or need to be renewed.
