Their customer support system has been great! They are responsive, quick at responding, helpful, knowledgeable about their products/services etc., never pushy or intrusive. I've had issues with setting up my page for multiple accounts (I have 2 separate businesses). The team member helped me several times over many weeks before giving in after being told by them it was not possible. However they did try again once but gave up quickly when i questioned why we couldn't solve this issue together as friends rather than business partners? It's hard to get your head around how different platforms work - so you need someone who explains things well. We don't use any of their services currently, however our clients do like using social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter & Instagram; therefore having an account set-up makes sense from time to time. They are very responsive with any questions or concerns I have, they really want me to succeed! Sometimes it takes days for them to respond but their team works hard to get you what you need as fast as possible. You can't do everything by yourself so having someone else to help you out makes all of our jobs easier. We're able to keep up on social media marketing without spending too much time doing it ourselves.
