Bought for my son's 7th birthday. Received a "Certificate" that supposedly confirmed they verified the accuracy of the product. The product is NOT EXACT. AVOID THIS SELLER. They try to save money for clueless customers who are not tech savvy and don't know the difference between graphics cards. This scam saves them THOUSANDS per month. They were given a cheap graphics card instead of the advertised 2060. On top of that, the hard drive was DEFECTIVE on the 2nd day of use. They gave me a refurbished computer instead of a new one. Contacted the support team several times by phone and email. Phones are not answered and emails are not answered.
