Review on Lessons Learned Database by Robert Berio

LLD has become a vital component of company learning and development processes. It is used both internally as well as in external engagements to develop an internal program that promotes excellence by utilizing the database's features. We are using it to store and curate information regarding our training programs and other corporate initiatives; it was critical in developing this material. I haven't found anything about LLD that I disliked at this point. It would be good if they offered a downloadable version of their software so we can have access to it without always having to attend webinars or conferences. They have been able to save time and money with their services. We no longer require an outside consultant to implement their process. I like that this is an easy way to organize my work related experiences! It has been very helpful in keeping all of our experience organized into one place so we are always ready when it comes time to look back at previous jobs/projects etc! Nothing really as far as dislike but could be better if there was more options within each category (ease-of use). We have used LLD many times over several years now & still find new features every year which makes us feel appreciated by them!!
