I like that this headset is sturdy. This is not a flimsy set that can fall off in a jiffy. The sound quality is excellent. I use it to work from my laptop and my clients get clear sound with very little interference. I have an ear free to hear my kids when they need me, which was important to me when deciding how to effectively communicate with my clients over the internet. But that also means the noise-cancellation isn't the best. But that's exactly what I wanted and needed in my job and family. And I love the stand next to my laptop!
