But the machine has a marriage, which is as follows: when you try to re-make cappuccino, instead of milk, just steam comes out of the cappuccino machine, and then pours coffee. All conditions are met, the cappuccinatore is cleaned after each preparation, etc. But it brews only one portion of cappuccino, subsequent portions are steamed only. If you stand for 2-3 hours, then the whole portion will cook normally, and then steam again. I tried to issue a return within 14 days, wrote to technical support, the answer is in the photo. I myself read somewhere on the market that the return is only by mail, etc. which doesn't suit me at all. Only today I discovered the return mechanism, it seems to be there, but within 14 days, technical support was misleading. And now I only need to go to the service center, I buy equipment, I will have to wait for its repair and waste my time. I don’t like this attitude, I don’t plan to buy something big here anymore and I don’t advise you, I’d rather go to some offline store, pay a little more, but I’ll be calm that I can exchange faulty equipment. For service and support after the sale, I give you one star, because no one helped to solve the problem.
