As a professional artist these brushes have become my favorite brushes. I've always been able to draw straighter lines than I could on tape, but these brushes do practically all the work for you. I've always been a fan of short-handled cutting brushes. The best thing about this brush is its silky fine bristles. If you know how to draw properly, they will leave you with the cleanest, straightest lines you will ever see. When I was taught to draw, I was taught that the brushes should be so clean that no one could ever tell what colors you painted. So I'm guilty of being pretty hard on the stubble while cleaning. However, this is the only downside of this brush. Because of my cleaning methods, I wear it out quicker than other brushes, but because of the performance of this brush, it's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo better.
