The garbage bags are functional and are an "acceptable" garbage bag for a large tote bin. I recommend an acceptable one as I've bought bags at a slightly higher price from Plastic Place. I ordered these because I almost ran out of the previous plastic seat brand and that brand offered a faster shipping method at the time. Pockets are thinner than plastic seats and not as high in my opinion either. They easily fall into the dead trash can when trash is thrown into it. Spend a few dollars more and buy a thicker and better bag from Plastic Place. The Plastic Place brand bags could be stacked on top of the tote bin and kept the inside of my tote bin clean.
