Review on Queaxis by Todd Phillips

The best thing about QA is that it's so easy to use! You can add multiple queues for different departments and assign them accordingly. You can even set up alerts for when your queue gets too long. It would be great if you could have more control over how often your customers are allowed to leave their queue. We're trying to improve our efficiency by reducing the amount of time people spend waiting in line. With Queaxis we've been able to do this while allowing our customers to still enjoy the benefits of our services.
